Saïgon Jailbreak For iOS 10.2.1 Released For 64-bit iPhone And iPads
It is interesting to note that the iPhone 6S can supposedly be jailbroken on 10.3.1, we are not sure if this is a typo at this time.
The installation process is pretty simple, just plug your device into your computer, open Cydia Impactor, drag the IPA file into the window, and install it. If you are unclear on how to do that, see the official Saigon website for directions. You can grab this update from the link below:

Supports the following 64-bit devices:- iPad Air (Cellular) (10.2)
- iPhone 5S (10.2.1) (not tested)
- iPhone SE (10.2.1) (not tested)
- iPhone 6/Plus (10.2.1)
- iPhone 6s/Plus (10.2.1) (not tested)
- iPhone 6 (10.3.x) (not yet)
- iPhone 7 and newer { Not Supported }

Installation
- Download the .ipa file and Cydia Impactor
- Open Cydia Impactor and connect your device
- Drag the Saïgon.ipa file onto the Cydia Impactor window
- Enter your Apple ID (email and password)
- Open Settings → General → Profiles & Device Management
- Trust the new certificate → open saïgon
- Tap 'jailbreak' and enjoy!
